Fed up? Poor?

Hey reader,

image that reads I am fed up
I have heard this said a few times

Welcome, are any of us fed up? maybe feeling poor?maybe both?

Are we actually fed up of being poor? and want or need to do something about it, because if so welcome to “my place”

You are with good company – lets chat!

Whether fed up or poor, I want to help. I am a great listener, I am used to being fed up and definitely poor in so many ways

Back in November (if you have read any of my other posts) I was homeless in huge debts,my life was falling apart due to personal reasons, my car had been written off, I couldn’t afford to replace it or get to work.

OK so I had a car, and work, but cars cost money to run and I only had a part time job on min wage that barely covered bills let alone pay debts. I wasn’t entitled to benefits.

I did not know where to turn, who to turn to, and my mental health was getting worse, depression began kicking in. This is an area I have never spoken about to anyone or with anyone seeing it as a weakness or a failure within myself.

I must shout out to Alex Davies of Pushing back the shadows

Thank you Alex for walking with me. We have shared a few dark nights together chatting.

I had no access to funds as my wages had been transferred out, leaving me with no option but to to get a credit card extend overdrafts, which I knew would be a downward spiral, but I convinced myself it was for an emergency and this was an emergency.(thanks HSBC)

The only thing that saved me was that many years ago I had been in a similar situation if not worse and I knew I had a choice, to fight or be beaten.

I chose to fight this, and began:

researching:- google

Ways to get out of debt, Earn more, Dream dreams,

Put in strategies such as budgets, watch videos, Get books .

I began a new journey of a new sense of freedom of mind, freedom of finances, freedom in life – my way!

Sometimes in my life I have felt held back from the things I wanted to do, have you had that right?

There have been fears or insecurities or people laughing at my ideas-cruel hurtful unsupportive.

In January I said No MORE – and I would just go for it. I decided not to tolerate others trying to intimidate me, belittle, mock, control me, have you ever experienced any of those?

So this blog is also speaking out against those things, and supporting those folk who want to make something of themselves, deserve better, want to succeed, want to say that NOW IS MY TIME!

I could go deeper, but my simple passion is to help people, and while poverty and making money, saving money will appear as key themes basically I want to respond to the call that when someone says they need help, that I can answer that call when perhaps others do not, cannot, will not and thanks to the internet and phones it is so easy to do this.

I want a better life for myself – what about you? Do you know or want-to-know how-to-get-a-better-life?

It was hard and sometimes you feel like you have no choices, no help, and you feel so alone.

If this is you or someone you know, please get in touch, because not only have I been there but I can help.

In January I decided I was fed up of being poor, and I was determined to do something about it.

In less than 3 months, I turned this life around, I am out of debt, I have savings, I have been on two holidays, a day away in a bed and breakfast, got a new car, paid for a spa session, bought new clothes, took up writing, made new friends near and far, (a huge thanks to these friends, i love and value you so much) and now in the business of helping others and investing in myself.

I have a “vision board” (Its like a dreams and ideas board)

I want to “Get the change, and keep the change!” (a phrase I have coined)

“We should not be defined by what we are, but be defined by what we could be.” Steven Alexander 2018

I do not want to work for “anyone”.. I want to work “with” – that mindset is a game changer.

an image that reads, if you do not make the time to work on creating the life you want you are eventually going to be forced to spend a lot of time dealing with a life you don't want.
Time to choose what life you want? just like Kevin Ngo

How to get Something for Nothing.

Welcome,

So this is a real thing and a  passion of mine researching and getting things for nothing!

Imagine being fed up of having no money, poor, having to watch budgets always in debt or near to it, maybe if you are reading this you don’t have to imagine!

I began a few years ago to explore the possibility of living for free or next to nothing.

I saw a show where women would turn up at supermarkets with handfuls of vouchers and pay for trolley loads of shopping. I was in awe.. I wanted to be that person.(extreme couponing)

I began then a search to see how this was possible and to look at other ways of saving.

Now if I could teach you how to get something for nothing and live for free how much would that be worth to you?

Would you take a sneek peek into such a book or buy me coffee, coffee would be nice!

As a teaser imagine you had a small child or relative, and you wanted to save money for them but let’s face it saving can be tough right. I discovered a site that will pay you every time you do say a normal purchase from amazon argos or boots plus lots more. Now don’t get me wrong this is not a huge amount, pennies even, but after a year… and you could get others involved to pay into this account too as they shop your child is quids in.

Save for your kids for free by shopping with KidStart today.

I’m one of those people that would love to give to charity, I would, but again I struggle. In a similar way there are sites similar to the above that as you do your normal online shop, they also will donate to your chosen charity at no cost to you.

Now, if you are thinking this sounds too good to be true, which I would and alarm bells would ring for me also, imagine just what if this were true.

I’m thinking this is worth me investigating more.

Perhaps you have your own hints and tips that you could share!

I’m just a poor guy raising funds to give his family and friends  a better life.

If I can make changes, and learn, anyone can.

ANYONE WITH ME?

WANT TO KNOW MORE?

It’s research time.

Below is just one link I found. (I only wish I got money to refer people to it but it was the first link I discovered.)
