of being Poor”

You are welcome here! Welcome to my home, my road my journey.
This is a work in progress, like me, journey of entrepreneurship, making money, saving money, reducing poverty, helping myself and helping others.
I started this blog because I myself was “fed up of being poor” but also I heard this phrase so many times I felt I had to do something myself to change my life and then I could inspire and help others. My dream is to be financially free.
I appreciate that when people think of the word “poor” they may think of third world poverty, the sort of poverty that’s on the news but what about the poverty that’s in front of us, on our doorsteps in our own neighborhoods ,people going without food or heat or hiding from bailiffs, or homeless, roofless, going to food banks. This could be you, or your best friend of family, or your nurses, you may not even know their financial situation and that they are struggling.
I stand with poverty charities such as “End Child Poverty” that work hard to campaign and make a difference.
Finances are often a private matter, and while you may get some who flaunt their wealth, the harsh reality is that finances often cause arguments and relationship break downs.

It is hard struggling to live on the min wage or benefits. I have struggled to make ends meet as I tried to keep my head above water. I am not entitled to any benefits but I was on them several times at different occasions in my life.
I ended up in debt and no matter how I tried I struggled to wipe this debt.
With the cost of living going up, debts growing I began to struggle. I got fed up.
Late January 2018 I said to myself, “I was fed up of being poor“,so I decided to take action. My blog shares with you my journey, but also full of hints and tips to help others.
If you have found yourself here, and can relate to my journey, it would be good to connect with you.
